Installation Works
Supply and installation of an IPD Series 56 industrial socket outlet for portable EV charging
Single-phase portable charging: 32A 240V industrial socket
Three-phase portable charging: 32A 5-pin industrial socket
Socket installed within the same building as the main switchboard
Rear-entry cable termination preferred, with conduit concealed within the wall cavity where practicable
Surface-mounted conduit used only where concealment is not possible
Cable Run Allowance
Up to 20 metres of appropriately sized power cabling from switchboard to
socket location
Additional cable length beyond 20m charged per metre
Electrical Works & Protection
Existing meter box and switchboard must comply with AS/NZS 3000:2018
Connection to an existing circuit with available capacity
Supply and installation of a Type A RCBO rated up to 32A per phase
Supply and installation of a weatherproof, lockable isolator where required
