Account Deletion Policy 

Earth EV – Account & Data Deletion Policy (Australia-Compliant)

Earth EV is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring compliance with all applicable Australian laws, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This policy explains how users can request the deletion of their Earth EV account and associated personal data, and how we manage those requests. 

1. Deleting Your Earth EV Account 

Users may request deletion of their Earth EV account at any time. When an account is deleted: 

  • Access to the Earth EV app, dashboard, and linked services will be permanently removed. 

  • All personal information associated with the account will be deleted or securely anonymised unless retention is required by law. 

  • Deletion actions are irreversible. 

2. How to Request Account Deletion 

You can request account deletion via email request to contact@earthev.com.au and include: 

  • Full name 

  • The email address associated with your Earth EV account 

  • A clear request to delete your account 

Example: “I request permanent deletion of my Earth EV account and all associated data.” 

3. Verification & Security 

To protect your data, Earth EV may take steps to verify your identity before deleting an account. 
 This may include: 

  • Email verification 

  • SMS confirmation 

  • Confirming recent activity or account details 

We will never ask for your password. 

4. What Data Is Deleted 

Upon delete request, Earth EV will delete the following data:

  • Charging history linked to your identity 

  • Vehicle information 

  • Payment tokens (held via third-party gateways) 

  • App analytics linked to your profile
