Heaton

As a director and co-owner of Deepdale Group, Nick Heaton combines big-picture business development strategies with practical, hands-on solutions. Nick's experience in electrical work, manufacturing, design, sales, executive leadership, and business development (among many, many other roles) makes him more than qualified to lead Earth EV's vision and operations, but it's his passion for job creation and team culture that truly makes him an essential part of the team.

Tim de Courcier

With decades of professional experience across the energy and resource sectors, Tim de Courcier is both a valuable business development expert and a passionate advocate for sustainability and innovation. Specialising in OEM products/applications and energy technologies, Tim brings important first-hand experience and insights to the development and leadership of Earth EV's business operations.

Jason
Heaton

Originally working as an electrician, Jason Heaton has expanded his expertise across multiple sectors (and countries) in his decades-long career. Like his fellow director and co-founder of Deepdale Group, Jason has worked in a diverse range of hands-on and executive roles across sales, marketing, air quality/ventilation, business development, and team leadership. As a people-driven individual, Jason leads with trust and genuine care. He prides himself on creating workplaces where people can thrive and are trusted to do what they do best.
